The VitalNadi website content — including text, graphics, logos, images, screenshots, and software — is owned by VitalNadi (SRScripts) and protected under Indian and international copyright laws. Blog articles may be quoted (with attribution and a link back to the original article) under fair use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the website without explicit written permission.

The VitalNadi Android app, including its source code, design, and assets, is the proprietary property of SRScripts. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or redistributing the app is prohibited.

If you leave a comment on the blog or submit feedback via the contact form, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the website. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold VitalNadi and its team harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website or app, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Because the website does not require an account, there is no account to terminate. If you want to stop using the app, simply uninstall it — this erases all locally stored health data on your device. We reserve the right to block IP addresses or remove user-generated content that violates these terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the homepage for at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website or app shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
