Response Time
We typically respond within 24-48 hours. Bug reports get priority — usually same-day during weekday working hours (IST).
Report a Bug
Found something broken? Send us the steps to reproduce, your Android version, and the VitalNadi version (from Settings → About). Screenshots help.
Request a Feature
Have an idea for what VitalNadi should do next? Tell us. Most of our best features started as a user email. Include the use case, not just the feature idea.
Partnerships & Press
Building a health product for Indian families? A journalist covering health-tech? Email us with the subject line "Partnership" or "Press" for a faster routing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Before you email, check if your question is already answered below.
How do I report a bug in the VitalNadi app?
Send an email to our contact address with the subject "Bug Report". Include: (1) what you expected to happen, (2) what actually happened, (3) the exact steps to reproduce, (4) your Android version and phone model, and (5) the VitalNadi version (visible in Settings → About inside the app). Screenshots or a short screen recording dramatically speed up the fix.
Can I request a feature that is not on your roadmap?
Absolutely. Email us with the subject "Feature Request". Tell us the use case — what you are trying to accomplish and why current features do not solve it — rather than just the feature idea. Use-case-driven requests get prioritized because they help us understand the problem, not just the proposed solution.
I lost my encrypted backup password. Can you help?
Unfortunately, no — and this is by design. VitalNadi does not hold your encryption key, so we cannot recover it. The whole point of local-first, encrypted backups is that no one — not even us — can decrypt your data without your key. We recommend storing your backup password in a password manager or writing it down somewhere safe offline.
When will VitalNadi be available on iOS?
iOS development is on our roadmap for later this year, after the Android feature set stabilizes. We do not have a firm date yet. If you want early access to the iOS beta, email us with "iOS Beta" in the subject — we will add you to the notification list.
Do you offer partnership or integration opportunities?
Yes. We are open to partnerships with insurance providers, hospital networks, pharmacy chains, and other health-tech companies building for the Indian market. Email us with "Partnership" in the subject line and a brief description of what you have in mind. We will route it to the right person.
How can I delete my account and all data?
VitalNadi does not require an account, so there is nothing to delete on our servers. All your data lives on your device. To remove everything, simply uninstall the app — that erases all health records, documents, and insurance data from your device. If you made an encrypted backup, delete that file from wherever you stored it (Google Drive, SD card, etc.) as well.
